About TalkTalk Mail Plus help page has a link to manage webmail (https://www.talktalk.co.uk/my/manage-emailsection of My Account. This comes up with error page and then takes you to TalkTalk My Account login. See attached file. Does TalkTalk My Account have a section for email accounts? I cannot find one anywhere. The only email manager I find ties in with Everymail and keeps requesting a subscription. Still not convinced my emails will not require subscription even though I had a long chat yesterday via WhatsApp with TalkTalk customer support who assured me my email accounts were linked correctly.

@hughg1 There are instances where returning customers have a new account and some customers who have upgraded also have a new account, and emails have become orphaned. In these circumstances emails are sent. Sometimes it's just a TalkTalk **** up (insert your own word here)

If you have received an email or have the banner when logging into mail, it is imperative that you contact TalkTalk to get this sorted, otherwise you will lose your email.

We Community Stars are only customers trying to help other customers, and offering the best advice we can understand the circumstances.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

I was in touch with TT Cust Sup via WhatsApp yesterday. This is because I received an email about need to subscribe. You state this only went to non broadband customers. TT said emails were connected but I am still getting subscribe page when logging on to MyAccount or webmail. What I am unsure about is this normal even for broadband customers or is the fact I am seeing them a sign that something is still wrong? Also I note that some say you need to wait 48 hours for changes to happen.

The Mailplus page should show a notice that takes you back to Everymail. Everymail is taking over the old Mailplus subscriptions:

If you're a current broadband customer with Talktalk and all your email addresses are linked to that account on their records, you shouldn't be having any dealings with Everymail, @hughg1.

It always takes at least 24 hours for anything to update, possibly 48, and not over weekends so if it's still looking risky with the messages midweek next week, chase up Talktalk again.

As I said this link takes me to a subscription page. How can I be sure that I will not lose my emails if every time I go to MyAccount or webmail I will be requested to subscribe?
