Please see here for more details and the action you need to take depending on your circumstances.

Hope this helps.

Thank you

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

@nrushforth, the Community Stars on the forum have no more access to how this works than you do.

I really don't know how it works for multiple addresses on one account but I believe that once you sign up with Everymail you can still access your Mailbox as before.

@fr8ys is more familiar with the details than me.

But ultimately we don't have any more contact points than you have already been given for sorting anything out.

@Gliwmaeden2 I spoke to Talktalk who confirmed I had other email addresses linked to my main email address. When I try to subscribe to everymail it only shows me mine (the main account). Is that correct.
Talktalk could only provide me the web site support site and the chatbot is not great. Any suggestions on who to contact?

By the way each member of my family also received the subscribe email so I have doubts that everything is linked ok.

Yes, at this stage definitely speak to Talktalk to check that you have all the addresses linked on one account to transfer to Everymail.

Let us know how you get on.

Hopefully it can still be sorted.

Once you have actually subscribed to Everymail, your only support route if things go wrong will be with Everymail, not Talktalk any more.

@Gliwmaeden2 @Thanks for your response. I left Talktalk sometime ago but retained email.

The numbers you provided are TalkTalk, so do I call them to make sure all my mailboxes appear when I try to subscribe to EveryMail via the link I got in an email yesterday from TalkTalk?

Currently when I try to subscribe I only see one of me email addresses, I.e. the main one (mine).

thanks for your help.

The contact button should be showing but sometimes takes a few seconds to appear, @nrushforth.

Hours for both Chat and phone support are listed here:

You can check that all your addresses were linked to your account but should only be trying to subscribe after you leave, and only from a link in an email sent to you by Talktalk. Don't go directly via Everymail.
