My Talktalk email has stopped working on my iPhone mail app, the error says ‘Cannot get mail, no password provided for Talktalk’. The password is provided, I have reentered it many times, I have removed Talktalk from my mail settings and set it back up again with the correct password over and over again, I have updated and restarted my iPhone, nothing works. It still just says ‘No password provided, update password in settings’ when the correct password is right there. Please help me fix it, I haven’t had any problems accessing my Talktalk mail via my iPhone mail app up until now.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi Emma-LouiseR, I've added your mailbox to those to be restored to normal function. Please allow 48 hours for the change to complete.
If you're not using the correct settings the account will be limited again very quickly.
