Despite the transition form going to Everymail on the 23rd which included my original dsl.pipex.com email - I got a blocked from sending message this morning!!
So if this is happening to you - you need to act now.

It's a good thing I had spent the past weeks updating the contact details to my talktalk.net or gmail addresses and it surprising how many there are 'hiding' in the background.

I'd already done this because it was only my old "atib35" email address that got the transition e-mails.
So I don't need the pipex email address - and fortunately I've realised in time that the pipex emails aren't saved on my local PC as they are set to IMAP configuration. So I'v time to archive them.

PS. I stopped using my pipex email address a couple of weeks back, it was an 'accident' that I selected that one from the dropdown list. I'm not going to chase up talktalk about this.

Personally I would suggest you do chase them and raise a complaint as the process has clearly let you down and there needs to be an urgent review of such processes if it is not working.

I appreciate you may not wish the hassle but unless TalkTalk are made aware of their failings then they will continue.

Myself and other CS colleagues continue to raise these issues where we can but customer feedback and complaints should help raise the awareness.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
