Have not been able to received emails from Tesco Groceries or Tesco Clubcard for over 2 weeks. Rang help line and just got brushoff. Rang Tesco twice and they confirm its a fault at Talktalks end. Although there was a problem with some offer email providers Tesco said that these other firms had resolved the problem and it was only Talktalk who had not sorted out problem. What are you doing about it? It was only recently you sorted out problem with not being able to send emails and that took weeks. You must be the worst company for customer service.
