I am still having problems adding my imap tiscali email address to my Android phone, yet still using it ok on my laptop.
I had the 'password' pop up repeatedly so uninstalled the Outlook App from the phone. I re-installed it and added my other Imap email address, but still failing to add my Tiscali email account.
I've had a lengthy text conversation with Microsoft Outlook help service, and they suggest it's the email server at fault.
Help please, this has been going on for 2 weeks.
