Using Thunderbird, I have not Received any e-mails on my Talktalk account since 16/04/2025. I also cannot Send e-mails. I have aIso tried Talktalk webmail and this also failed at 16/04. Using my wife's version of Thunderbird and her Talktalk account work correctly, on the same computer and router.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Secure access code from Talktalk received OK on Talktalk e-mail.

We've seen a few failures regarding thunderbird recently and deleting the account, closing the program, opening it and re-adding the email account seems to have worked.
However, you say Webmail also fails, although you received the access code for the forum, so not sure this is the same issue.
It might be worth trying though to make certain the account is in sync.
I assume you have been using imap rather than pop. If not try imap.

If not please put the affected email address in the private notes field of your profile which only staff can see and they will respond next week.
