Unable to Send Email From iMac

Hi. I'm unable to send emails from my iMac using my tiscali address. It's working fine from my iPad and iPhone.

What's the iMac Operating System version? Asking just to check that TLS1.2 encryption security is supported.

Is the selected outgoing smtp server shown as online?

Is the selected outgoing smtp server authenticated with the Username (full tiscali email address) and tiscali password?

Is the tiscali password strong enough? A weak password can be rejected and the connection denied.

Is the selected outgoing smtp server using the correct smtp.talktalk.net servers, port 587 and Authenticated with the Normal password?
