Unable to forward an email

When trying to forward a Phishing email I received this error message "An error occured inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request "

I have also looked at trying to save it as a file but I don't have that option.

Can someone advise me please

If it's to TalkTalk they have changed procedure.
