Unable to log in to tiscali email account on iPad but can on home PC

We have been unable to log in to our tiscali email account for a few days now on our iPad. All we get is a rotating arrow. We can get into the same account on our PC and phone.

iOS 16 is supported so the next step is to reset the Safari browser. Here's a guide from Apple: Reset the Safari Browser

What I'd like you to do is clear the history, cache and cookies from the browser then select this button below to sign in to TalkTalk Mail. 

Select here:  Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

Yes iOS is 16.6.1  not sure how to check the Safari Browser?

My understanding is that the supported iOS operating system is iOS 15 or newer and the Safari browser updated version.
