Like many others I too am unable to send emails - been through 2hours of agent support through the community forum. Followed all instructions and whichever server I try logging into still unable to send emails. Changed password/checked settings/ followed every suggestion given before losing the connection with agent!! Problem clearly shared with many others! Message comes up saying connection failed to outgoing server or An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request. How is this going to get sorted?!
