Unable to subscribe to Everymail

I have left TalkTalk for another provider.

 

When I was thinking of changing I was told, by TalkTalk rep, that I would have to sign up to Everymail, £5/month, to maintain my tiscali email address. However, when entering my email address into Everymail subscription page, it takes me to TalkTalk Email Manager where there is no option to subscribe to Everymail.

 

I spoke to someone on the phone regarding this, they said I would receive an email with details, although not straight away. This was about a week ago and I haven't received said email yet!

 

I am getting concerned that my email accounts will be shut down, with a loss of important emails.

Hi. @StGraham 

Yes, this is an already diagnosed irregularity in the migration program of email addresses of ex-TalkTalk broadband customers, to Everymail. It is not known for sure, what the result will be.

 

To ensure you don't lose your important emails, you should download them to your computer.

To download, you can do the following for each of the folders in each of your email addresses:

 

select a folder in TalkTalk webmail--> click the 3-dot button at the top --> click 'Select all messages' --> on the second 3-dot button that appears, click 'Save as file' --> all your emails in that folder will be downloaded to your 'Downloads' folder in your computer, within a file called mail.zip.

I understand, we have  few customers that recently left TalkTalk and unable to sign up to Evermail as they have not received an email from us with a link to sign up. We have escalated this and still waiting for feedback, once we have received it, we will provide you with an update.

No. At the moment I am receiving emails, and able to send.

 

I don't want to lose my facility for my 3 email addresses

Hi there @StGraham When you login webmail are you experiencing any restrictions i.e. unable to send emails?
