Why are only some emails coming through?

Hi, for some reason I’m only getting selective emails through. I’ve checked settings for blocked email addresses and numbers but I don’t have any emails blocked. I can’t receive any emails from friends and family only company’s like TUI.

please can someone offer some advice as to why this is happening.

What email domains aren't you receiving? The domain is the part of their email address after the @ symbol. For example a TalkTalk domain is talktalk.net or tiscali.co.uk or lineone.net etc. A personal email address might be yahoo.co.uk or gmail.com or outlook.com for example.

We have seen recent instances of gmail.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com and virginmedia.com and others being temporarily blocked for spam protection.
