hello
i am currently unable to send emails (neither new emails, nor replies/forwards) from my Tiscali account via Thunderbird - see screenshot below - i have also tried the solutions suggested in the post; https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Email/Cannot-send-emails-using-Thunderbird/m-p/2955853#M168029
any help you can give will be much appreciated

Hi davidchivers, you need to be using the secure settings as detail in the email settings help article.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
