why am I being sent messages from TalkTalk to say that as I am no longer a customer I will have to sign up to an email service even though I am still a customer and pay a monthly charge by direct debit

Having the same question - existing broadband customer who uses mail on iPad and iPhone rather than webmail, so find it all a bit confusing. Why could I be getting emails telling me I need to subscribe to Everymail and at a cost?
