Getting this message when I try to log in to talktalk webmail using google chrome on my ipad : User is deactivated (AUTHORIZATION-0001). Started happening today after the new webmail update. Can still log in ok using Safari. I prefer Chrome.  Any solutions?

Hi iwalmsley, you need to clear cache and cookies and use the correct URL for webmail. If you use the legacy url you will always get the deactivated message.

 

You need to use Sign in - TalkTalk Mail
