Outlook can't access/sync 2 linked TalkTalk accounts despite reentering passwords. My TalkTalk account shows one account has an issue without offering any solution, the other is working normally. When saving the account details it shows a server error and "please try again later".
I have no idea how to continue, so grateful for any advice. The faulty account is a "tiscali.co.uk" one, has this server ceased to exist?

My problem is that the new Outlook won't recognise my talktalk.net email address as valid so I can't transfer across despite it being the one I use for Miscrosoft itself. Any ideas?

All TalkTalk domains including talktalk.net, tiscali.co.uk, lineone.net and more legacy domains all should use the talktalk.net server host name. e.g. mail.talktalk.net for incoming mail and smtp.talktalk.net for outgoing mail.
Incoming Port numbers need to be 993 for IMAP secure (or 995 for secure POP3) using SSL/TLS connection security.
Outgoing Port number is 587 using STARTTLS connection security and the outgoing server requiring authentication using the account email address as Username and the email password.
If Outlook declines to update the settings then the workaround is to update via an account profile.
