how do I change the font size

I have accidentally changed the font size of my emails so I can hardly see them. How do I change it back to a normal  size or bigger?

What are you using to view the emails? PC? Phone?

 

How are you viewing them? Using the webmail application or a third party email client such as Thunderbird?

 

Is it the same if you view using your phone or a PC?

 

If you can let us know someone will be able to offer advice.
