I have had to set up a new Community profile. Verification codes take too long to come through and go into spam folder (already replied to a post about that). How do I get back to my old profile please. When I eventually got into Community properly, I now default to new profile. I need to be able to look at both somehow, because currently I am waiting for phone engineer and need to be able to check on any updates through community.
Old profile is GBy123 New one is GBy1231. No idea what message board I need to post this on.
The whole thing is a complete and utter nightmare.

Hi GBy1231 so sorry you're having problems with this. I will check from this side and see if we have any issues concerning the verification codes. When you say they are coming through too late, can you give me an idea of how long they are taking please?
