Hi - I am using Outlook 2007. I find it easy to work with, and want to keep outlook if I can. Its been working fine, but suddenly I cannot send emails from it - Can it still work? What settings should I use?

Hi Timbo894
I see you signed out of Community without replying. Have you ceased using Outlook 2007 and chosen new email software, perhaps Outlook 365?
We'd like to know so we can be ready to offer setup guidance if you need it.

Outlook 2007 is not capable of the secure mail encryption required for TalkTalk Mail. Cease using and give Outlook 2007 a well earned retirement.
The upgrade path, if your Windows operating system is up to date, is Windows Mail on Windows 10 or 11, a paid upgrade to Outlook 2016 - 365 or a free upgrade to Thunderbird or BlueMail desktop email software or other up to date software of your choice. I'll help you to make the migration if you wish.
Until you upgrade, use TalkTalk Mail webmail via an up to date Internet browser to keep in touch with email contacts.
