Having same problem as some others regarding tiscali emails not syncing with Windows Mail. Has anybody found a solution yet?

Windows Mail : IMAP

 

The above screenshot from Windows Mail shows the IMAP email account settings for any tiscali.co.uk email address to use with Windows Mail.  Please ensure you're using those exact settings. 

 

  • In Windows Mail select the settings cog icon (bottom left)
  • Settings, select Manage Accounts and select the email account you wish to check
  • In the modal that appears, select Change mailbox sync settings
  • Select Advanced mailbox sync settings and scroll down
