I use outlook 2007 both at home and work and both with Freeola. At work I can not longer send emails to someone with a gmail email, it gets returned with an error message.
At home our smtp is Freeola, but at work because we are with Talk Talk it has to be smtp talk talk.
This proves the issue is with the talk talk router or server not outlook.
Is there a fix for this please, help greatly appreciated.

Don't worry, @suemoore, the "for everyone" is just sales jargon, like "the people's this and that" etc.
As I say, the person in charge of the set up at work should be the one dealing with this, as Talktalk staff will only communicate with the account holder.
Mention to that person that Talktalk Residential is separate from Talktalk Business, so they need to be in touch with whichever is relevant. It's just your employer's responsibility, not yours, to get this sorted.

Sorry, I didn't this was just residential, ( its says for everyone one on the page) and work is not a business its a small Charity, I had just googled for answers and this came up. Apologies if my question is not appropriate here.

Whoever is responsible for the set up in your office should get in touch with Talktalk, @suemoore, and it might be Talktalk Business, rather than this forum.
This is for residential customers.
