very slow to sign into talktalk e-mail

it takes 45 seconds befor the sign in appears and then 2 minutes to get on line to read my e-mail.  can you help

I have noticed that sometimes the sign in process is taking longer.

Usually a browser reset to clear history, cache and cookies does help to speed things up. Which Internet browser are you using and is it up to date?  Browser type and version would be useful along with the device Operating system. e.g. Chrome browser Version 123.0.6312.123 on Windows 11.
