Hi
I am a new customer moving from Sky. I have just had an email saying I will have an engineer visit at the end of the month to install full fibre. I have already had open reach install fibre when I upgraded with sky. Do I still need the engineer to visit to set things up or should I contact talktalk to inform them of this? TIA

A full fibre (FTTP) install would require an engineer visit to ensure that everything is set up correctly and working.
