Fibre 150 package but being told I cannot have a digital voice

My account tells me that Digital Voice is not available on my package (FIBRE 150) I THOUGHT IT WAS WHEN i UPGRADED

Hi Karaparrot,
How did you upgrade? With Loyalty or through your My Account? Did you receive a confirmation email that VOIP was included? Do you have a copper voice service which is still working?
