I’ve recently switched from sky to talk talk and have to say the WiFi service is no where near what I was getting from sky. Regular disconnections and speed issues. Son constantly unable to play games as it regularly disconnects.

 I’ve struggled to complete speed checks and engage with anyone through the chat service. Just recently found this talk talk for everyone.

how do I engage with someone to get boosters to see if this can help?

Your Talktalk phone number  / account number need to go in Personal Information. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu..... SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Staff are on here during the day, Monday to Friday.
