My internet has been down since the early hours this morning. I have done everything it has told me to do online and still nothing . Please could we get this solved asap

If you could expand upon what you have tried it will save you time with staff not leading you through all the tests they are required to do.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
