Hello. I am using fibre broadband 60mbs. I have contacted talk talk 3 times about this issue with not much help.
All xbox games say I have no internet but I am able to use video apps still and I do have an active connection to my xbox. Download and upload speeds are fine but I did a ping test and it seems to spike every few seconds from around 20ms to 350ms round abouts. Also the range of the router isn't great but I do still get 50-60mbs to the xbox which is the speed I should get. I did manage to play a game the other day but it was so laggy it was unplayable but now no games will play at all. Any help would be appreciated.
