I've started cloud based gaming and want to upgrade from my fibre 65 to this new 150 Eero. How can I do it please? I log on and there are no upgrades for existing customers? I'm confused how to move forwards. Even trying to add the boost doesn't work. It used to be an extra £1 for a boost but now there not even advertising it. Has the whole site gone down?

The old faster fibre contracts had a boost, @Adi9626, but the Fibre65 has it assimilated, and there is no separate speedboost.
The Offers and Upgrades are not always the best deals anyway, so phone or use Chat to check what is available.
There is both an Ultrafast and a Full Fibre package called Fibre150, so check carefully when you order. Notice that they are not the same price.
Also, check whether there is an admin fee to change package at this stage in your contract.
Full fibre may not yet be available in your area.
