New Hub advertised on TV

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so apologies in advance if I've got it wrong.

 

I keep seeing adverts oin TV about TalkTalk and its new hub. As an existing customer, how do I get one?

It is available to Full Fibre customers, but I am not sure if this includes those with UFO.  Call customer services and discuss it with them, bear in mind there is a monthly fee. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
