Since the 22.05.23 we have had no phone or Broadband at out house. Your reference 12972558 (previous 12956402) what is happening to get this issue repaired?

Make sure that you complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account, @GaryR3.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; add your Talktalk landline number / account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
You have posted in the Full Fibre section. If you have FTTP, was it an Openreach or CityFibre installation?
If not Full Fibre, what package are you on?
