Going back to a Fi point. Henry, the little cleaner with a face on it, is a VAX. Hoover is a brand name, although it tends to be used in place of vacuum cleaner, due to its original market dominance. So strictly Henry is a vacuum cleaner and not a Hoover. Whilst we are at it, remember that it is a ball-point pen and not a biro - unless of course the ball-point pen in question was made by Biro, in which case it would be a Biro.
