Hey 

I’ve been a customer for 20 yrs 

I’ve recently disabled and now need to help reduce my outgoings.

I can’t find any social tarrif on the app .does snowless know if talk talk if that’s this service as I have both broadband and WiFi

Please call us  03451720088  and explain the situation, you will be transferred to a team that will carry out a review on your account to try and reduce costs if possible

@Feefeefee3  there's no Talktalk social tariff other than a JobPlus deal for just 6 months.

 

Talk to support by phone  / Chat but be aware that midterm contract changes sometimes attract a charge.
