My internet disconnected on Friday. Tried ringing but an automated message to go on Live chat to sort it out! Sometimes it rang but nobody answered. Sometimes the automated message said 'Sorry on the delay but working with Open Reach to sort it out'. Gave up in the end. Internet  came back on Saturday. What is going on? In the past customer services were helpful but can't get through now. Contract ends in August. If things don't improve I'll go elsewhere.

We apologize for the experience you had, indeed it is a tricky when you have no connection to chat in. 
That is correct there was an issue and our customers could not reach our voice department, however the issue has now been resolved, and you are most welcome:)

Hi there it's fine thanks. Been with TalkTalk since 2009. Never had any problems since full fibre installed. Is there a problem with customer services.? Obviously the automated said go on 'live chat' but bit tricky if no internet Can't understand why no one answered.

Looking into your account you are on full fibre team, we did experience minor issues where our customers were not able to get though our voice department, however the issue has now been resolved.
