Fibre Copper wire removal required

Hi my service has been cancelled and my fibre copper wire needs to be removed to be utilised for full fibre. Please can you book this with the appropriate parties and let me know when the removal will take place

Hi @TalkieTalkie/62 we as TalkTalk do not remove the copper wires, Openreach is typically responsible for the physical infrastructure of the broadband network in the UK, including the removal of copper lines. When you upgrade to full fibre, you can advise your new provider that you have copper line and will like to have it removed when the openreach technician visit your home for installation may also assist with this. If they are unable. You can contact openreach to have this removed.

I think that you have to book this yourself on the Openreach website. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
