It may be difficult to retrieve the number if too much time has elapsed.
Add details of the number in Private Notes in Personal Information. Don't display the information in this public thread, but go via your avatar; settings. Add your Talktalk account number etc. SAVE CHANGES.
Only you and staff have access to your community forum profile details in there.
