Hi, for several weeks I have been unable to use my landline properly. If I try to make or receive a call the person on the other end either says that I sound as if I'm speaking under water or, at worst, they can't hear me at all. Twice now I have been told that the issue has been fixed, only to find that it hasn't. This seems to have begun after full fibre broadband was installed in my home. Please sort this as I am an elderly pensioner and it worries me deeply that I would be unable to use my phone in an emergency.

Hello there @CindyW, I do apologise for any difficulties that this may have caused to you. Just to double check, are you currently at home where broadband services are installed so to be able to check on the issue for you.
