After being without our landline for nearly two weeks and finding we had been switched over to full fibre without getting a new wifi router. It finally arrived today. We have plugged it in. , we have plugged the phone line into the green port at the back of it too. Yet we still have a dead line. Does it take a while to settle? are we being too impatient?
The only thing that we can see is different is on the instructions it says do we have a white connection box? Yes we do, but on ours we only have four sections Power LOS PON LAN
On the picture in the instruction book it shows Tel1 port1 LON PON power (5 sections) so does this mean that the white connection box on our wall is too old and we need a newer one? ours doesnt have a Tel1
