I have just got a new broadband and phone account which has been activated. 

 

I have been told that I can't revert to the our old landline number.

 

Think I might be clutching at straws, but is there a way someone could ring our old number and be diverted to the new landline number?

No, as it will either have been reallocated or will be, so that would mean the new owner would not receive any calls and you would get them instead.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
