Hi
We ve had no working landline since moving. Our go live date was the 2nd December Internet came back not to many issues... home phone is dead. We had an engineer out today and he's found no issues in the property but rewired and replaced the main socket anyway. As he can't find any issues he said we should ask whether we've been put on VOIP? because if this is the case we have the wrong router.
