Yesterday,the telephone engineers worked on the post outside our house.Since then the phone gives an engaged tone.Not able to recieve calls.How do I report this?

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, did this start yesterday or this morning? The reason I ask is because we currently have an incident raised for this particular issue which our engineers are investigating, however it started this morning.
