Can I add another mobile to my plan without additional fees, and how do I go about acquiring a second SIM card.

The last I heard, the forum cannot deal with mobile phone issues. You can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
