Transfering Tessco Card to Samsung A15

I recently bought a Samsung A15 to replace my Tesco store phone;  and received a code from Tiscali on the Samsung. This code gave no instructions on how it was to be used.  My Samsung is in limbo as I don't know how or where to go to complete the service setup. I had a relative call me and the email messaging is working  but the phone system needs to be connected for sound.

Not sure why you are posting this as this is a forum for help regarding TalkTalk products and services and from what you are saying there is no TalkTalk connection.

 

Also, if this is a TalkTalk mobile then help cannot be given on the forum and you will need to phone for help.

 

I suggest you contact your mobile supplier or post on their forum for help if not TalkTalk related.
