Great value broadband, that's super fast

We are all using the internet more than ever – to work, shop, learn, keep entertained and stay connected; with Netflix, Amazon, and online gaming services proving to be the most popular online destinations.

You can rest assured that our network can perform and deliver an internet connection you can rely on, but don’t just take our word for it. In May 2020 data from the industry regulator Ofcom revealed that on average over any given 24 hour period we have the fastest download speeds on both our Faster Fibre and Superfast Fibre products versus BT, Sky, Plusnet and Vodafone equivalents to those products*.

For those of you on our Faster Fibre and Superfast Fibre packages this means on average you can experience some of the fastest start up speeds on Netflix, YouTube and BBC iPlayer or simply loading webpages.

We've always played fair

In 2018, we launched our Fairer Broadband Charter to challenge unfair industry practices and give customers things that make sense for them. We pride ourselves on our values of simple, reliable, affordable & fair.

Fixed Prices
Absolutely no mid-contract broadband price rises. Guaranteed.

Great Connection Guarantee
We give everyone 30 days to try our fibre broadband, with no penalty for leaving.

Plenty of Notice
We let our customers know when they’re reaching the end of their contract.
