Update 12:20 am 25th April - Our engineers continue to work on this issue and have narrowed it down to Android users.
We're aware some customers are having issues when accessing the My TalkTalk app and are getting the following error message "An unknown error has occurred please try again later"
We are looking into this as a priority and apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.
