Delay in receiving NOW Membership activation email

We're aware that some customers who have recently signed up for a NOW Membership have not received an activation email. There's no need to contact us about this delay, the activation email will be sent once this issue is resolved. 

If you're a TalkTalk TV customer with an existing TV Boost, you can still enjoy all the content you subscribe to through your TV guide.
