We're aware customers with FTTP services are currently experiencing issues making and receiving calls.

Latest update: 12:13pm 14th December 2023

Our engineers have deployed a fix and you will now be able to make and receive calls without having to complete reboot/reset We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience whilst we have worked to resolve this issue.
