We are aware of issues impacting some customers ability to make and receive calls over VoIP services.

If you use your eero to make and receive calls we're aware that you currently may be experiencing issues. We applied a fix to the network in the early hours of the morning which should resolve this issue permanently and you won't need to do anything. We are aware that some customers have managed to restore their service by resetting their digital voice adapter following further fixes we  implemented yesterday afternoon.
