Due to storms Eowyn & Hermina, some of our customers may be currently experiencing service issues.
The storms caused disruption over a number of days, causing widespread damage, power outages and major disruption to the UK's broadband network.
As a result, Openreach have declared an MBORC (Matters Beyond Our Reasonable Control) in the following area:
