We are aware of issues with some devices displaying an error when launching the NOW app.
The error is - Unknown Page Error (Something's not right. Give it a moment, or check the internet connection).
You should be able to press Back to continue to the NOW home screen. Some customers will also be logged out when this issue occurs and will need to log back into the app.
We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time and assure you that we're working with NOW to restore the service as a priority.
